Before I tell you all about my new gig at 94.7 The Block New York, let me tell you what I’ve been up to. It’s been a minute since I Iast posted on here because, quite frankly, my life has a whirlwind! From San Diego, to Houston, NYC, I have lived on all three coasts in the last year alone and I’m just now finding my bearings.

The pandemic had me feeling super isolated after quarantining alone for an extended period of time. So after eight years living in beautiful San Diego, I left to be back home in Houston with my family. I moved to Houston with the idea of being back there permanently, but God had other plans. I received a job offer I couldn’t refuse in New York City. I was previously on the radio for 12 years in NYC, so it’s a second home for me. I am proud to say that I’m the new Afternoon Host on WXBK, 94.7 The Block, New York’s #1 for Throwbacks! Here’s a write-up about my new move from my friends at RAMP…

New York Tri-State Area listeners have been so warm & welcoming to me and workers Nick Cannon and Ed Lover. And I feel so uplifted and supported by my bosses Skip Dillard and Andre Yancey. It’s a wonderful radio family to have and I can’t wait to see the station grow!
