This past weekend alone, I talked to at least 4 friends about how we are all trying to get back on track with our healthy lifestyles…eating right and exercising. Just last week, Kylie Jenner shared on TikTok what she eats in a day. Her meals look pretty healthy, while also managing to look pretty yummy.
Sure, it’s possible that she has a chef to prepare her meals at home. But the meals look simple enough for her to prepare them without a home chef. Keep reading and take a look at the vids below, maybe Kylie’s daily meal plan will give you some ideas for your own healthy diet this week…
Kylie’s daily meal plan looks like this:
BREAKFAST: A bowl of yogurt topped with crunchy granola, blueberries, raspberries and a sprig of mint. She also had a matcha green drink.
SNACK: Coconut water in a freshly opened coconut.
LUNCH: A salad consisting of greens, slivered nuts, purple cabbage, black sesame seeds and herbs in a creamy dressing.
SNACK: Grapes and a glass of lemon water.
DINNER: Creamy penne with roasted asparagus and a light salad of arugula and cucumbers.
DESSERT: Freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies.
And there you have it, what Kylie Jenner eats in a day. I’m sure she changes up her meal plans often, but as of last week, this is what she’s been eating. Good luck on your healthy eating plan. I’m hoping I’ve got the willpower to stick to mine’s.
